Step 5 – Production Begins
Once payment is confirmed, work on your project will begin immediately.
Turnaround time is 3–5 business days.

REFUND POLICY:
Due to the nature of digital distribution and creative studio services (Mixing, Mastering, Production), refunds are not typically issued once work has commenced or a release has been delivered to DSPs. If you are unsatisfied with a studio service, we offer up to two rounds of revisions. Refund requests for accidental duplicate payments will be processed within 7-10 business days.
